Hot-Rolled High-Strength Grades
Severstal Warren's hot-rolled Structural Steel (SS), High Strength (HSLA, HSLA-F) and Ultra High Strength (UHSS) grades are available in both carbon and low-alloy grades. They can be utilized where strengths, higher than those traditionally found in low-carbon steels, are required. HSLAS/HSLA-F grades have better formability and weldability than conventional carbon steels of similar strength. Certain custom HSLAS/HSLA-F grades also have better atmospheric corrosion resistance than conventional carbon steel. They are available as unprocessed or processed sheets.
