Our Customer Order Status, allows customers access to their orders in an easy to use point-and-click environment. Valuable. order information, such as amount of material produced, material location, approximate processing time and estimated delivery, is retrieved from our mill's database in "real-time". In other words, the information in the on-line order status is updated as the material processes through our mill. In addition, customers can access WCI Steel's up-to-date product lead-times to assist in placing future
